6% SALES TAX
CoinOp Amusements is required to file monthly sales and use taxes for all transactions, including domestic and international sales. Previously, we were required to collect sales tax on items physically purchased in Maryland; however, the regulations have been updated to include all sales.
Thus, we are now required to charge a 6% sales tax for all purchases (current Maryland rate).
If the items are for re-sale, and a sales tax certificate is provided, no sales tax will be charged.

FILL YOUR OWN TRUCK?
Planning on buying enough to fill a large truck?
Depending on your location and time frame, it is often much less expensive to ship by the truckload vs. individual piece(s).
We’re happy to load for you — and we regularly ship full tractor trailers to customers. We primarily book through UberFreight and/or Freightera.
Load fee is $75 plus cost of packing materials (foam, blankets, straps, etc). Contact Ben for details.

• $25 shrink wrap per blanket.

If you’re shipping with an outside source, please check if blanketing and/or shrink-wrapping is included in their service to avoid double-paying.

OUTSIDE MACHINES
We are no longer able to accept machines from outside sources. If you did not purchase your machine from CoinOp Amusements, we will no longer accept, store, or load it into a container.
Your purchases from CoinOp Amusements, however, will be available for pick-up or shipment should you wish to combine shipping/containers, or load from elsewhere.

OUTSIDE PARCELS
We can store and load packages for a fee of $15 per parcel.
In order to keep track of your item, packages must be obviously identifiable upon delivery — labeled with your name, container information, destination, contact info, etc.
Please stress the importance of this to your shipper, as packages will be denied if we don’t know to whom they belong.

INTERNATIONAL / PACKING COSTS
The purchase of packing material for containers or international shipping is required, no exceptions.
We use 1-inch foam board insulation to ensure the safe loading, transport, and arrival of your machines.
• $14.67 per sheet.
• average 40 foot container uses 20-30 sheets.

Packing material cost will be itemized on your final invoice.

Our warehouse has a loading dock and a fork lift to facilitate loading/unloading, hand trucks, furniture dollies, pallet jacks, and, if requested, assistance with loading/unloading.

Please bring your own help if assistance is required for loading or unloading. (Grizzly will be available as a back-up; however, due to the absence of thumbs, he has proven to be quite useless as a helper. )

Six months of free storage for international or container items will be provided.

40 FOOT / 20 FOOT
If you are finding it difficult to fill a 40-foot container within those six months, we request that you book a 20-foot container instead.
